SHIPPING

Bougiie Blinks LLC offers FREE shipping on all domestic orders over $100 and flat rate shipping of $12 on all other domestic orders. We ship worldwide! Shipping rates will be automatically calculated at checkout. All orders are processed within 24-48 hours after they are placed, excluding weekends and holidays.
MOST BUNDLE ORDERS SHIP WITHIN 9-12 BUSINESS DAYS.

OTHER ITEMS (WIGS, CLOSURES, FRONTALS, and 30”-40” BUNDLES) HAVE LONGER PROCESSING TIMES.

WHEN YOU RECEIVE A TEXT MESSAGE WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER, THAT MEANS YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN COMPLETED OR IS ABOUT TO BE COMPLETED. YOU'LL GET NOTIFIED WHEN THERE'S MOVEMENT ON THE TRACKING WHEN IT SHIPS.

After processing, it will take 3-5 days to receive your package AFTER you see movement on the tracking. It is advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline that you need your product for, it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays that may be out of our control.
We are not responsible for late deliveries for special occasions, such as birthdays, or other events. We encourage customers to place their orders in advance to ensure there is enough time to receive their items.
All orders reported as "delivered" by shipping companies are considered delivered. Bougiie Blinks cannot be made liable for non-delivery in this case. We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information we receive from our system. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPS and UPS to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.
If the product you ordered is not available, We will contact you immediately by phone, email, or both to see if you are interested in a product substitution. If a substitution is not a viable option for you and you wish to cancel your order completely, we will issue your payment as a refund immediately.
We are not responsible for any packages lost in transit or stolen upon delivery. All of our packages require a signature please ensure that you will be home at the time of delivery. If you will not be home at the time of delivery please contact USPS or UPS to make them aware of this to either reschedule delivery or allow you to pick the package up at your local post office.

PLEASE GET THE SHIPPING INSURANCE DURING CHECKOUT. OTHERWISE, IF YOUR PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED AND SIGNED FOR AT YOUR ADDRESS, WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT GETTING STOLEN. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT, WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We accept returns of unused and unopened merchandise within 3 days of the date that you received your order. Returns must be postmarked within 3 days of the delivery date in order to be eligible for a refund. All return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of our error. We will provide you with a return shipping label if the return is due to our error. Payment Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your return and will be credited back to the original form of payment. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.
Please inspect the goods thoroughly before using them. We strongly encourage you to carefully check and inspect the items without manipulating/utilizing them. Reception of an incorrect order is the only exception to this rule. The photos of our hair are in their raw state and not altered, or they are stock photos. Therefore once the hair is washed it will differ from the photos online and you will have the desired texture you purchase. If you have any questions about textures, please feel free to contact us before purchasing for assistance.
