CANCELLATION POLICY 
Once an order is placed it has began processing and cannot be canceled for a refund only store credit if you contact us within 48 hours. After 48 hours, it cannot be canceled. This does not apply to Pre-Ordered items. Pre-Ordered items cannot be canceled for refunds or store credit as they are custom made. Please ensure that you truly want these products and familiarize yourself with the processing times before checking out. All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. 

BILLING POLICY
Bougiie blinks accept the following forms of payment: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We also offer Afterpay (for U.S. orders only). All transactions are processed in USD. When an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email to the email address provided during checkout. 

NOTE: PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS IS THE SAME. IF YOU DO NOT ENTER THE SAME ADDRESS THAT IS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR BANK ACCOUNT THE PAYMENT WILL BE DECLINED. IF THERE IS A PENDING AMOUNT ON YOUR ACCOUNT AFTER THE TRANSACTION WAS DECLINED IT IS JUST AN AUTHORIZATION CHARGE AND WILL DROP WITHIN A FEW HOURS.

MOST BUNDLE ORDERS SHIP WITHIN 9-12 BUSINESS DAYS. OTHER ITEMS (WIGS, CLOSURES, FRONTALS, and 30”-40” BUNDLES) HAVE LONGER PROCESSING TIMES.
